The broad goal of teaching pharmacology to the undergraduate students is to apply basic principles of pharmacology and therapeutics and to inculcate a rational and scientific basis of therapeutics in line with CBME course. While the overall goal of post-graduate pharmacology training is to acquire knowledge, skills and attitude that will enable the students to function as an academician and as a research scientist or adviser in academic, research, corporate or administrative setup.
